Sales activity was healthy in October, especially in the townhome and apartment categories. With prices beginning to level-off, it appears that buyers are becoming more motivated to explore the Valley’s available inventory.

Here's a high-level snapshot of listing and sales activity for townhouses in October 2016.

The sales-to-active-listings ratio netted out a market absorption rate of 54.44%, indicating that it was a Seller's Market for townhouses in in October 2016 (click on the link learn more about local housing market ratios on the BC Real Estate Association blog).
