Even though activity has eased off for the summer we’re continuing to see the same trends we’ve seen all year. Namely, strong demand for attached-style homes and slight but steady increases in pricing.

Here's a high-level snapshot of listing and sales activity for townhouses in July 2017.

The sales-to-active-listings ratio netted out a market absorption rate of 60.00%, indicating that it was a Seller's Market for townhouses in in July 2017 (click on the link learn more about local housing market ratios on the BC Real Estate Association blog).
