Demand for Fraser Valley homes grips the market, tightly. Still, we are seeing a slight leveling-off that while not drastic, is giving both buyers and sellers a bit more room to maneuver.

Here's a high-level snapshot of listing and sales activity for townhouses in June 2016.

- $385,477 Average Price
The sales-to-active-listings ratio netted out a market absorption rate of 124.68%, indicating that it was a Seller's Market for townhouses in in June 2016 (click on the link learn more about local housing market ratios on the BC Real Estate Association blog).
