Attached apartment inventory in particular has struggled to keep up with the shift in demand we saw prominently throughout last year. Without sufficient supply, it has become increasingly challenging for buyers looking to enter the market at that level.

The sales-to-active-listings ratio netted out a market absorption rate of 40.68%, indicating that it was a Seller's Market for detached homes in in February 2018 (click on the link learn more about local housing market ratios on the BC Real Estate Association blog).
